Our apple cider vinegar is made in small batches here on Ogi Farm, using organic apples grown in our mixed orchard. It’s raw, unpasteurised, and naturally fermented — full of the good stuff, including the ‘mother’.
We let the process happen slowly and simply, using only fresh-pressed apple juice and time. The result is a bright, tangy vinegar with real depth of flavour, perfect for cooking, dressings, pickling, or as a daily tonic.
Nothing added, nothing taken away — just honest vinegar, made the old-fashioned way.
